MLB All-Star Game Program Player Inserts 1981 1982 1983 1984 1985 1986 U Pick

These insert items are all from the Major League Baseball All-Star Game Programs. There were all cut from sheets inside the magazines. They vary slightly from year to year. They are approximately 1 X 2 inches in size. The 1981 inserts are generally well centered from front to back.The 1982 had issues with centering ( or alignment) from front to back.The 1984 and 1985 typically have the same pictures of the player on the fronts, but have unique backs with the All-Star game insignia from that year. The centering on these 2 years was good.The stocks are slightly different with 1981 and 1982 being slightly thicker than the 1983 1984 1985 ** The 1986 inserts did not have the insignia and name on the back. Instead, the players were back to back on the sheets, so you’ll see the front of your superstar with an off-center player on the back in most cases.The stock on the 1986 is the thinnest of all of the years. I have separate listings for complete team sets.
