Indianapolis 500 75th edition Commemorative Coin limited edition #1579 of 25,000. Comes in hardback foldable case covered in cloth/soft grey fabric. Included is original booklet describing Indy 500 history. Coin is in original sealed , uncirculated, mint condition clear plastic case. Paper booklet is in fair use o good condition. Front Cover page corners have creases and worn edges. Rest of book in good condition. Pages has some yellowing from age. Case itself is grey in color with black lettering. The grey cover itself has multiple areas of light brown discoloration, staining and wear from age of being in a box.
